How is body-age measured?
Fourteen checks: balance, mobility, cardio, strength, and gait, plus lifestyle. Each one is compared to people of the same age and sex, using published research benchmarks. It's re-tested every month, out in the open, so progress is measured, not promised. Read the full methodology
What if their body-age doesn't come down?
If they attend the sessions and their body-age doesn’t come down by 2 or more years in 90 days, you don’t pay. Your money comes back, simple as that. The one condition is attendance, because strength only answers to showing up.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
